Delivery Timeframes
Service Speeds & Timelines
- 1 How fast can you serve my documents?
- We offer three first‑attempt timelines:
• Routine — First attempt within 3–4 business days.
• Rush — First attempt next business day.
• Priority — First attempt within 24 hours. See details and availability windows here: Speed of Service. - 2 Does “Priority” guarantee same‑day completion?
- Priority refers to the first attempt timing. Completion depends on access, address quality, party availability, and any court‑ordered service methods. We’ll communicate status as we proceed.
- 3 Can you attempt evenings or weekends?
- Yes—when appropriate and available. Note that building rules, gated communities, and employer policies can affect timing. Tell us your deadline and we’ll plan accordingly.
Certified & Compliant
Licensing & Compliance
- 1 Are your process servers and investigators licensed?
- Yes. Our team follows Florida Rules of Civil Procedure and applicable investigative licensing standards. We document attempts and provide court‑ready Affidavits of Service (notarized when required).
- 2 Do you handle sensitive matters discreetly?
- Absolutely. We use professional, respectful field procedures and secure document handling. Confidentiality is fundamental to our work.
Nationwide Coordination
Out‑of‑State & Nationwide Service
- 1 Can you serve documents outside Florida?
- es. We coordinate through vetted professional affiliates across Florida and the U.S. For out‑of‑state subpoenas that must be served in Florida, we can domesticate them first. See Document Domestication (Foreign Subpoenas).
- 2 What is domestication of a foreign subpoena?
- It’s the process of having an out‑of‑state subpoena recognized and issued by a Florida court so it can be validly served here. We handle preparation, filing/issuance, and then service.
Submission & Billing
Sending Documents & Payment
- 1 How do I send documents?
- Email PDFs with case caption, party details, last known address, deadlines, and any special instructions. Attach exhibits as needed.
- 2 How do I pay?
- First‑time clients prepay. We accept Zelle (to 561‑808‑4688), Square (secure online link), and PayPal (by request). See Payments / Prepay.
- 3 Can you invoice our firm?
- Established accounts may request invoicing. Let us know your billing requirements during intake.
